It’s not even stop animation, which would have been admirable. An EOS can easily take multiple shots in a row using burst mode. Canon’s website even says it’s fast enough to take 5 shots per second for up to 23 shots at a time. So basically all they did was hold down the shutter button until 23 shots were taken, then do it again. Nothing like stop animation, where each shot is carefully lined up.
